After the assessment, HR sees a complete list of all candidates for each open position — with their score, application details, and the outcome of any screening call noted directly in the app.

Stage 04
Once a candidate is shortlisted, they enter the Interview Pipeline where HR can configure up to 5 interview rounds — Technical, HR, Managerial, Cultural, or anything you define.
Each interviewer receives a unique secure link. They open the link, review the candidate, and take action — Shortlist, Reject, or Add Comments — without needing access to the main app. Only when all interviewers shortlist the candidate does the pipeline advance automatically.
